PROCEEDINGS OF LOWDEN CITY COUNCIL, SPECIAL MEETING, MONDAY, JANUARY 12, 2004, 7:00 PM
special meeting of the Lowden City Council was called to order by Mayor
Reuben Wenndt. Council members
present on roll call: Kroemer,
Decker, Hamdorf, Gottschalk, Conrad. Visitors:
Jan Olsen, Tessa Holst, Merlon Kruckenberg, Bill Ihns,
Kroemer, Hamdorf to add to the agenda “Sewer Line Extension South of
Weiland informed the council New Horizon FS will not allow JJJ
Enterprises to run a sewer line extension for Hunwardsen’s Car Wash
through the F.S. property north of Highway 30.

the City is trying to bring a business into town and the City would own

his recent wastewater operator’s certification, with Gene Hamdorf,
Peggy Kedley, and Lucille Horman receiving 2% increases in their wages.
Ayes: Conrad, Gottschalk, Hamdorf.
Nays: Decker, Kroemer.
Public Hearing on the FY05 budget will be held March 1, 2004, 7:00 PM,
at Lowden City Hall.
