LOWDEN CITY COUNCIL MINUTES

PROCEEDINGS OF LOWDEN CITY COUNCIL, SPECIAL MEETING, MONDAY, DECEMBER 13, 2004, 5:10 PM

The special meeting of the Lowden City Council was called to order by Mayor Wenndt. Councilmembers present on roll call: Conrad, Gottschalk, Kroemer, Hamdorf. Absent: Decker.

Mayor Wenndt opened the Public Hearings to solicit comments on the City’s proposed applications for Community Development Block Grants to the Iowa Department of Economic Development for a day care facility and construction of a water storage facility.

There being no oral or written comments on the issues, Mayor Wenndt closed the Public Hearings.

M/S Hamdorf, Gottschalk to proceed with the application for the CDBG grant for a day care facility. Ayes: Conrad, Gottschalk, Hamdorf. Nays: Kroemer.

M/S Conrad, Hamdorf to proceed with the application for the CDBG grant for a new water storage facility. Ayes: All.

M/S Kroemer, Hamdorf to adjourn at 5:25 PM. Ayes: All.
