LOWDEN CITY COUNCIL MINUTES

PROCEEDINGS OF LOWDEN CITY COUNCIL, SPECIAL MEETING, MONDAY, DECEMBER 22, 2003, 5:30 PM

The special meeting of the Lowden City Council was called to order by Mayor Reuben Wenndt.  Councilmembers present: Kroemer, Hintz, Gottschalk, Hamdorf.

Visitors: Pat Kroemer, Gene Hamdorf, Jay Weiland, Don Hunwardsen, Bonnie Hunwardsen.

Hunwardsen’s had requested a special meeting to discuss the sewer line extension to their car wash south of Highway 30. After discussion, M/S Kroemer, Hintz for the City to pay $5000 to Hunwardsen’s for the sewer line extension project south of Hwy. 30, with the City taking ownership of the line from manhole to manhole. Ayes: Conrad. Nays: Kroemer, Hintz, Hamdorf, Gottschalk. Motion failed.
